To me being an effective man means freedom and choices freedom with time, the most valuable asset.

But we know that this is easy. Outrage is easy.
What’s hard is to rise above to be able to keep oneself happy and content despite the trauma from the past, the problems in the present and the uncertainty in the future. Because who is going to do it for us? Sure we can, and should, rally around our friends, and receive help from our therapists and even try medication if need be. But the important thing is that WE need to do it.
