Wallace Wattles is from a long time ago. He wrote many books and they are amazing. He goes right along with the saying "if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change". We are all in control of our own lives.
Pure wisdom.
I didn't realize this was written in 1910; that explains the writing style, which I found unreadable.
Ok book kinda of like laws of attraction in health form
Ive been following his suggested way of eating and I'm feeling great. Its amazing how little food is required to be healthy. Really easy to follow, simple, straight forward advice. It makes perfect sense now that Ive tried it. The first part of the book is kind of boring but the chapters on eating, drinking, breathing, and sleeping are great.
I love Wallace Wattles. Some advice is a little outdated, but hey, it is 100 years old and most of it still stands up!
I love this book! It gives you a completely different approach to living well and eating better. I love the new/old ideas. We need to get back to paying attention to our bodies and stop stopping at the Golden Arches just because we drove by. Get back to working for our food. I love this approach to eating and using our own devices to listen to what our bodies are telling us. Great book!
